In which we learn that Frank likes sugar in his tea, that main roads and inclines are an unpleasant combination, that hills can go down as well as up, and what cyclist like for their lunch.
This February we cycled 100 km around the Isle of Wight to raise £4000 for the neonatal unit at St George's Hospital. We know at first hand what fantastic work the unit does because one of us has a beautiful baby sister who's now well and happy despite being born 3 months early.
